It was music! It was dance! It was jump rope(?)! Most of all it was a delightful display of creativity, talent, and overwhelming cuteness as the ELC students took to the stage as part of their Winter Showcase. It also included some talented guest musicians and a few funny-yet-familiar snowpeople!
Ultimately it was a charmingly choreographed celebration demonstrating how fun and meaningful it is to learn in the ELC. It showed how incredibly dedicated our ELC teachers are to putting together such a spectacular show for parents and classmates. But that was just one part of the celebration!
The students and their teachers also turned the Kawanabe Room into a Winter Wonderland of artful displays, all showcasing how our littlest learners took on the UoI of "How We Express Ourselves." And express they did! Through the art and stories they displayed, the room came alive with their reflections of themselves, their friends and families, and the world around them.
What a thrilling ending to the first half of the school year! Thanks to all our parents and loved ones who joined in the celebration!
